1-5 years experience supporting an executive-level businessperson or the equivalent
Four-year college degree
Polished, poised and professional manner and attitude

Strong computer/Internet skills: MS Office and Outlook; on-line research and purchasing tools; familiarity with basic PC troubleshooting and HTML a plus
Familiarity with on-line and off-line travel management services: pricing, reservations, bookings, ticketing, frequent flyer/guest programs, etc.
Superior time management and organizational ability
Strong interpersonal skills
High-energy, high-enthusiasm
Eager to learn and develop professionally
Able to work well without supervision, when required
Flexibility regarding work hours
Compensation:
Competitive base salary based on experience

Job Description:
Administrative Assistant I, Executive Offices
$45-50K+ (based on experience)
Description: Provide administrative/secretarial, office management, travel-related and personal-assistant support to the Executive Offices as a member of the executive support team. This position requires prior experience in an executive support role or the equivalent, and a college degree.
Potential duties include:
Provide telephone support, call screening, reception
Help manage daily executive business and social calendars
Write/handle executive correspondence (printed and electronic)
Take meeting minutes/notes
Assist with dynamic international travel arrangements
Arrange and coordinate local and international meetings
Oversee shipping, delivery and messenger services
Perform other general office management functions, such as incidental purchasing of supplies, equipment and services
Help troubleshoot office technology
Perform industry research / information-gathering
Assist with development of presentations
File, log and manage in-house and off-site documents and records
Provide occasional personal assistance to executives and their families as needed
