Job Description:
___________________________________________________________________________ Growing Hedge Fund seeks an Accountant for its master and feeder funds. Responsibilities include: • Recording all accounting transactions of the funds and ensuring all investments are booked accurately; • Reconciling funds bank accounts; • Handling subscription/redemptions, calculating NAV’s and working with funds administrator on monthly performance reports; • Preparing month end books and quarterly and annual financial statements, supporting schedules and footnote disclosures; • Preparing yearly tax filings and assisting in tax planning for the funds, the funds' general partner and the investment manager; and • Communicating with federal and state tax authorities, as needed.
