JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Minimum three years’ experience as an administrative assistant; Bachelor’s Degree a plus but not required 2. Ability to work independently, be a self-starter and take initiative both in ensuring ongoing work is completed on time and is accurate. 3. Proficient in computer software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Outlook. 4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. 5. Detail-oriented and thorough, with good grammar and communication skills.

Job Description:
JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT REPORTS TO: CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD DEPARTMENT: EXECUTIVE GENERAL OVERVIEW: This position will offer general administrative assistance to the Chairman of the Board SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Responsible for maintaining calendar for Chairman of the Board, including setting up meetings, dinners and Board activities. 2. Responsible for all travel arrangements, including hotel, airline, car service, working with in-house travel agent and independently. 3. Responsible for assisting with management of Chairman’s email as requested., including dictation of emails and responding on his behalf. 4. Responsible for maintaining and updating Rolodex for Chairman for all contacts. 5. Handle all incoming calls and outgoing calls as requested by Chairman, taking detailed messages, and handling and returning calls as needed/requested by Chairman. 6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence for Chairman. 7. Complete and submit expense reports for Chairman.
